We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited and international shipping are available with a small additional charge.

Each Dripping in Gems piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Most orders are fulfilled within 7-10 days, but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of custom orders.

Complimentary gift bags and wrapping are available upon request at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Our customers' happiness is our first priority. We want you to be absolutely in love with your gems! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 10 business days of USPS delivery. The item must be shipped to us in it's original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail. 

If you wish to exchange your item for something else, please contact us via email at info@drippingingems.com, and we can walk you through the exchange process.

If sizing is the issue, please send back your order and we would be happy to resize it for you for no additional charge!
